By downloading or using OutTime, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

OutTime is a personal wear-time tracking tool for clear aligner and retainer users. It provides a countdown timer to help you manage your daily out-of-mouth time.

Not Medical Advice

OutTime is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The app is a utility timer only. Always follow your orthodontist's instructions for your treatment. Do not make treatment decisions based on information displayed in the app.

In-App Purchases

OutTime offers a one-time in-app purchase ("OutTime Pro") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Family Sharing

OutTime Pro supports Apple's Family Sharing feature. When enabled, family members in your Family Sharing group can access OutTime Pro without a separate purchase.

User Data

All data you enter in OutTime is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or process any of your data. You are responsible for backing up your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Accuracy

OutTime relies on you to start and stop sessions manually. The app does not automatically detect whether your aligners or retainer are in or out. Session times, statistics, and compliance data are based solely on your manual input and may not reflect actual wear time.

Intellectual Property

OutTime and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "Invisalign" is a trademark of Align Technology, Inc. Other aligner brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. OutTime is not affiliated with or endorsed by any aligner manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

OutTime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to treatment outcomes, missed appointments, or data loss.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
