Privacy Policy
OutTime - Aligner Timer
Summary
OutTime does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. All your data stays on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no way to access your information.
Data Collection
OutTime collects no data whatsoever. Specifically:
- No personal information (no name, email, phone number, or account)
- No usage analytics or telemetry
- No crash reporting or diagnostics
- No device identifiers or tracking
- No location data
- No health data shared with Apple Health or any third party
Data Storage
All data you enter in OutTime (wear-time sessions, tray schedules, photos, reminders) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is included in your standard iCloud Backup if you have that enabled on your device, but it is never transmitted to our servers because we have no servers.
Photos
Smile Timeline photos are stored locally on your device. OutTime requests camera and photo library access only when you choose to take or import a photo. Photos are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone.
Third-Party Services
OutTime uses no third-party SDKs, libraries, or services. There is no Firebase, no analytics platform, no ad network, no crash reporter, and no social media SDK. The only external service used is Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases, which is handled entirely by Apple.
In-App Purchases
OutTime Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Purchase history is managed by Apple.
Notifications
All notifications in OutTime are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push notification server is used. We cannot send you notifications remotely.
Children's Privacy
OutTime does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update this page. Given that OutTime collects no data, we do not anticipate any changes.
